He's Got the Whole World in His Hands by Kadir Nelson

He's Got the Whole World in His Hands
by Kadir Nelson

My kindergarten, first grade, and second grade students loved reading and singing "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" by Kadir Nelson. This book is a colorful diverse rendition of the spiritual "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" based on the life of a young boy and his family and diverse world around him.

We all loved the words, colors, and pictures.  The children told me what they thought the story meant. They felt that God and Jesus are everywhere and that God holds us all (people of every age and race) in his hands to show how much he loves us!

The colors are rich, vibrant, and alive just like the story and the people in the story.

What a lovely book!!!!!!!!!!! What a feast for the eyes and soul!

This book should be in every home, library, and school! You won't be disappointed!

A children's book a day, keeps the scary monster away!
