Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers, aunts, teachers, care givers... anyone who takes care of children.

There are two books that I am including in this blog on Mother's Day:

Mother's Day Mess by Karen Gray Ruelle

Harry and Emily are ready for Mother's Day.
They plan some great surprises.
But whoops!
Emily's flower seeds didn't grow.
Plus, the pancake batter looks funny.
What a mess!
Harry and Emily still have
a Mother's Day
to remember
in this heart warming easy reader.

Lots of Moms by Shelley Rotner and Sheila M. Kelly

There are LOTS of moms!
Each mom is different and special-but moms are alike in many ways too. They teach you ... take care of  you... play with you ... and they always love you. With tender, joyful photos and simple text, this enchanting book captures what motherhood is all about as it celebrates moms everywhere.

Let us know if you have any recommendations!

Until the next time!

Happy Reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A children's book a day, keeps the scary monster away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
