4 WITCH & WIZARD: BATTLE FOR SHADOWLAND, by Dara Naraghi and Victor Santos. (IDW, $17.99.) Whit and Wisty Allgood, two siblings with magical powers, leap from James Patterson’s children novel and into the world of graphic novels for new adventures. 1
5 STARMAN OMNIBUS, VOL. 5, by James Robinson and David S. Goyer. (DC Comics, $49.99.) Jack Knight, the son of the 1940’s Starman, goes into space to find the super-hero brother of his girlfriend. Along the way he encounters a Starman from the future and, in the past, Superman’s father. 1
